  • Working Hours

    As we all know our outdoor industry is seasonal, however, County Tree Service Inc offers many services, has many repeat customers, and keeps our staff of over 30 busy all year long. Usual working hours are 7:00AM to 6:00PM, 40-55 hours per week depending on work load. Overtime is paid and very common during our busy months.

  • Pay Period

    Employees are paid weekly and the pay period goes from Sunday to Saturday.

  • Performance Reviews

    Employees are evaluated 3 months after they are hired, and continuously once each year on their hire date.

  • Paid Vacation, Holiday

    Qualifying employees have both paid vacation and holiday. County Tree Service Inc observes 6 Holidays throughout the year – Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas day, New Years Day, Memorial Day, & Independence Day

    County Tree Service Inc introduces our company handbook that states all of Career Opportunities policies, code of ethics, general work policies, expectations, and more during orientation.

    County Tree Service Inc is a drug free work place and requires drug & alcohol testing through our D & A Consortium.

Available Positions

  • Arborist/Climber: typically has 3 of more years experience climbing trees for a residential tree service. Must have ISA Certified Arborist Certification or be willing to obtain in first 6 months of employment. Must have stable work history, clean driving record, and professional demeanor. Jobs require extreme physical excursion.
  • Grounds Person: typically has at least 6 months experience running chainsaws and/or chippers or some heavy equipment experience. Must have stable work history, clean driving record, and professional demeanor. Jobs require extreme physical excursion.
  • Arborist/Estimator: typically has 10 or more years experience working in arboriculture for reputable companies and at least 3 years as a ISA certified Arborist. Sales experience is preferred but those showing an aptitude maybe considered. Certified Tree Risk Assessor certification required during the first 6 months of employment and it is preferred that you plan to seek your Board Certified Master Arborist Certification overtime. This position is highly competitive with a very generous compensation package only highly suited individuals should apply.
